Once you have firmly accepted your offer you will be emailed an invite to the Enroly CAS Shield platform from [email protected] (this will be from October for courses starting in January and from April for courses starting in September). On this platform, you will be able to prepare the requirements for your CAS document. Once all steps have been completed, our International Admissions Team will release your CAS to you.
The online system will guide you through your CAS preparation process and show you where to upload all documents required for the release of your CAS. It can take some time to complete all the steps and for your documents to be verified, so we recommend you begin the process as soon as possible.
Important note: Please do not email documents to us, as we are unable to accept documents by email. It is your responsibility to ensure all the required information is uploaded to CAS Shield.
CAS Shield: What you need to do
Step 1: Login to CAS Shield using the link that was sent to you in the Welcome email.
Step 2: Complete your information checks and upload the following documents.
Step 3: Complete your financial checks showing you have sufficient funding for your studies and upload any required documents.
Step 4: You may need to undertake a pre-CAS recorded credibility interview, where we will ask you about your decision to study with us.
Step 5: When all of the relevant information has been verified, we will issue a CAS. Your CAS letter will be emailed to your personal email address and contains the information you need to include with your online visa application. If any information is incorrect or your CAS, contact the International Admissions Team immediately by emailing [email protected].
- A colour scan of your passport. We would advise that you ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your course. If you are going to renew your passport, do this before you begin your CAS application.
- Your academic transcripts - colour scan copy that is legible.
- Evidence of your English language proficiency.
- Evidence of your tuition fee deposit payment (amount as specified in your offer letter). The deposit will be offset against your tuition fees.
- ATAS certificate, if required for the course you have applied for.
Step 6: Once you have received your CAS, you can prepare for your visa application.
